What’s Included in Diagnostic Visit
Includes the service call and up to the first hour of troubleshooting, along with an estimate and recommendations when applicable.
Diagnostic Policy / Terms
If the recommended repair is approved, the diagnostic charge is applied toward the repair price and is not charged separately.
Repairs, parts, materials, additional diagnostic time, and work outside the approved scope are not included. Any additional charges will be explained and require your approval before proceeding.
Commercial starting rates vary by system configuration, number of units and diagnostic complexity. Price is confirmed before service. A request is not a confirmed appointment.

Boiler / Furnace — Oil
Cleaning; standard nozzle, oil filter and fuel pump strainer where applicable; electrode inspection and adjustment; smoke and draft tests; combustion analysis and adjustment with Testo 300; safety control inspection; visual oil tank and line inspection; recommendations.
High Efficiency Boiler / Water Heater
Routine cleaning and inspection of accessible heating components, condensate drainage, venting/intake, ignition, controls and safeties; combustion and operating checks appropriate to the installed equipment.
Water Heater
Inspection for leaks, water connections, controls and safety devices, and operating checks appropriate to the installed water heater. Scope is confirmed according to its type and configuration.

Parts, repairs, refrigerant, air filters, chemical or extraordinary cleaning, and corrective work are not included unless specifically stated as part of the selected maintenance service.
Additional work required due to equipment condition, accessibility, system configuration, or conditions outside the standard maintenance scope may result in additional charges. Any additional work or charges will be explained and require customer approval before proceeding.
Maintenance does not guarantee that equipment will remain free from future failures or identify conditions that are not present or reasonably detectable at the time of service.
Plumbing maintenance and unlisted services are quoted individually according to the requested work. Additional work and travel outside the normal service area require a quote and prior customer approval.
